Cam Norte Flying FoxPENRO CAM NORTE STRENGTHENS INFORMATION CAMPAIGN ON FLYING FOXES THRU GMA NEWS. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Camarines Norte headed by OIC, PENR Officer Marlon C. Francia strengthen its Information and Education Campaign (IEC) about Flying Foxes through an interview aired over GMA News. PENRO Francia said that the species are being closely monitored by the Office quarterly. Further, he explained the importance of flying foxes in the ecosystem. “Flying Foxes must be appreciated by our community because they play a vital role in balancing the ecosystem,” PENRO Francia added.
