PENRO CAM NORTE JOINS HANDGUN FAMILIARIZATION AND PRECISION TRAINING. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Camarines Norte headed by OIC, PENR Officer Marlon C. Francia joined the Handgun Familiarization and Precision Training spearheaded by the Camarines Norte Provincial Police Office (PPO) and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team at Camp Wenceslao Q. Vinzons, Sr., Brgy. Dogongan, Daet, Camarines Norte. The training was attended by PENRO Francia together with the Monitoring and Enforcement Section (MES) employees and other staff. “PENRO Camarines Norte aims to equip and capacitate its personnel especially those who are deployed in the field in the exigency of the service,” PENRO Francia said.
