Tree Cutting / Earthballing Permit

		CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS
		(To proceed, please upload a photocopy/scanned copy of pertinent documents required below with a minimum 200dpi resolution) 1. Application Letter 2. Appropriate Infrastructure Plan with tree charting (e.g. road alignment plan, building plan) 3. Appropriate Environmental Clearance (ECC/CNC) 4. Endorsement from the concerned Local Government Units 5. Waiver/consent corresponding to appropriate infrastructure plan in the case of tree cutting permit within private lands 6. Appropriate Land Tenure Instruments for tree cutting permit within forestlands Note: Once the submitted documents were found sufficient, processing of the application will commence. A confirmation message will be sent thru text or email and will be provided with the corresponding Document Control Number of your application. Otherwise the application status will be PENDING and you will be notified thru text or email within 1-2 working days to re-submit the necessary/required documents. Failure to re-submit the required documents within 5 working days shall be grounds for cancellation of the application.
