POs RECEIVE FINANCIAL AID FROM DENR

Mt. Mokbok Islanders Association (MMIA), Concerned Environment Group of Sigamot Association (CEGSA) and Antipolo Mountainers Association (AMA) are the three (3) People’s Organizations (POs) from Sipocot, Camarines Sur who are recipients of financial support from the DENR under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program Beneficiary Development (CARPBD). The PBD aims to support the beneficiaries of the CARP in making their lands more productive, helping them create income-generating livelihood projects and teaching them community governance under the Executive Order (EO) 263 anchoring on the concept of “people first and sustainable forestry will follow”. CBFM as a national strategy, which aims to ensure the sustainable development of the country’s forest land resources.
