Some 12 cubic meters of assorted lumbers were recently received by the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Taysan, Legazpi City from the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) of Albay headed by PENR Officer Jerry R. Arena.       

The assorted lumbers with an estimated market value of fifty thousand pesos (Php 50,000.00) resulted from previous apprehensions conducted by the PENRO Albay.

 “The lumbers will be distributed to indigent residents of Barangay Taysan. The Barangay Officials have assured us on the proper utilization of the lumbers and necessary reports will be submitted to the Office regarding its utilization,” OIC, PENR Officer of Albay Engr. Jerry R. Arena said.
