The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) headed by Regional Executive Director (RED) Francisco E. MIilla, Jr. has set the ground for an intensified implementation of environmental plans and programs following the 1st Quarter Management for CY 2023 held at Mambulao Pacific Resort and Hotel, Barangay Bagong Bayan, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.

 

Municipal Mayor Ariel M. Non welcomed the DENR Bicol key officials and personnel and pledged to fully support the office in all its programs, activities and projects to protect the environment. He assured that the partnership between the Department and the LGU of Jose Panganiban will always be strong.

 

RED Milla said that we aim to set the direction and priorities for FY 2023. “In our commitment for a continuous improvement and transformation, I call upon you to be agile leaders in this volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. We must foster a harmonious and efficient working environment, conducive for innovations and initiatives,” RED Milla added.

 

The MANCON was participated in by the Regional Directors from Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) and Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB), Assistant Regional Directors (ARDs), Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officers (PENROs), Community Environment and Natural Resources Officers (CENROs), and Regional Office Division Chiefs.

 

The 1st RMC highlighted the presentation of the Implementation Plan of the Bureaus and PENROs anchored on the priorities and policy directions of the present administration.###
