The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Regional Office V together with the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Camarines Norte in partnership with the Lions Club International District 301-A2 distributed prepaid WiFi to some eight (8) selected students of Tuaca National High School on March 3, 2021 at the PENRO Camarines Norte, Pamorangon, Daet, Camarines Norte.

The distribution of WiFi in Camarines Norte is the second turnover ceremony conducted by the DENR Bicol and Lions Club following its launching and signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on February 19, 2021 at Salugan, Camalig, Albay. Students who received the WiFi will serve as Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) Ambassadors who shall take an active role in promoting environmental protection and conservation, as well as pushing for a healthy and clean environment through Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaigns and advocacy, social mobilization and partnership building activities.

Through a strong partnership with its stakeholders, the DENR is looking forward for a fervent and resilient youth involvement in saving and protecting the environment.
