The Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Mobo headed by CENR Officer Jean V. Imperial awards Special Patents to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Mobo, Masbate under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Raymund Osmundo N. Salvacion on March8, 2021 at LGU Mobo Function Hall, Masbate.

Through a ceremonial awarding, four (4) Special Patents for government sites were granted to LGU Mobo namely: a) LGU Mobo- Part of National Heritage; b) LGU Mobo Health Center; c) LGU Mobo Social Hall; and d) LGU Mobo Library Hub.

 The Municipality of Mobo was the first LGU to be awarded with special patents in the entire province of Masbate.

Mayor Salvacion expressed his deep gratitude to the DENR through OIC, PENR Officer Herleo Pavericio and CENR Officer Jean Imperial for the government's effective programs which he said, “will increase the municipality's assets and comprehensive land management”.

“The department's program on free patent application under Republic Act No. 10023 expedited the processing of LGU Mobo’s application. As of this date, the Municipality of Mobo only has six (6) on going special patent application under our Free Patent Program,” CENRO Jean Imperial said.
