The Office of the Assistant Regional Director for Special Concerns headed by Assistant Regional Director Samuel C. Danganan and the Administrative Division through the Human Resource and Development Section spearheaded a Work-Related Risk Factors on Health and Wellness Counselling cum Vaccination of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Anti-Flu and Anti-Pneumonia for DENR V employees on January 28, 2021 at DENR V, Rawis, Legazpi City.

Learners were recipients of the HPV Vaccine given on November 17, 2020 and employees who signified to avail the Anti-Flu and Anti-Pneumonia vaccines.

The Medical Team from the Department of Health (DOH) V together with some representatives from the City Health Office of Legazpi City and Office of the City Mayor of Legazpi served as learning service providers.

“In this time of pandemic, when health is the top most priority of the government, it is but necessary for the Department to be proactive and take initiatives for the benefit of our employees after all we are all frontliners,” ARD Danganan said.  

The activity is part of the Health and Wellness Program of DENR V.
