RED MILLA, ARD TS SOPSOP VISITS PENRO CAMARINES NORTE TO OVERSEE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRIORITY PROGRAMS. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Bicol Regional Executive Director Francisco E. Milla, Jr. CESO III together with the Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services Atty. Ronnel C. Sopsop, CESE visited the Camarines Norte Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) to oversee the implementation of the DENR priority programs in the province. “It is of paramount importance that we personally visit and confer with the field offices in order to ensure the smooth flow of public service and to address pertinent issues and concerns, if there are any, arising within the provincial level”, RED Milla said.
