Mobo WaterPENRO MASBATE, CENRO MOBO HOLD INFORMATION CAMPAIGN ON IMPORTANCE OF WATER. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Masbate headed by the OIC, PENR Officer Benito B. Salazar and the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Mobo, Masbate headed by CENR Officer Jean V. Imperial spearheaded the conduct of Communication, Education and Public Awareness (CEPA) campaign about the importance of water and the “Water Code of the Philippines” at Brgy. Cabangrayan, Pio V. Corpuz, Masbate recently. With the theme, “Ground Water: Making the Invisible Visible”, this year’s celebration adopted the central promise of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development with the aim to generate actions from various stakeholders to ensure access to safe water by 2030. CENR Officer Jean V. Imperial said that the information drive is aimed to engage people to increase their level of awareness on the use of water and the global threat about water crisis.
