PENRO CAM NORTE PARTICIPATES IN THE INTENSIFIED DUTERTE LEGACY CARAVAN. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Camarines Norte headed by OIC, PENR Officer Marlon C. Francia recently participated in the intensified Duterte Legacy Caravan spearheaded by the Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office at Camp Wenceslao Q. Vinzons Sr., Dogongan, Daet, Camarines Norte. The activity aims to harmonize the effective and efficient delivery of programs, projects, and efforts of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s administration on the delivery of basic services. PENRO Camarines Norte distributed fifty (50) Bitaog seedlings, and Information and Education Campaign (IEC) collaterals and materials about the requirements of Free Patent application.
