DENR V LAUNCHES "GROW GREEN, GROW BEAUTIFUL". Employees of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) V, Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) V, and the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) V participated in the launching of the "Grow Green, Grow Beautiful" Contest on May 13, 2022 at the DENR V, Regional Center Site, Rawis, Legazpi City. To kick start the launch, a short program was held wherein the landscape plan was presented to all employees and each Division are assigned with designated areas to improve. DENR V OIC, Assistant Regional Director (ARD) for Management Services (MS) Grace L. Cariño, Ph.D. in her message emphasized, "We are the primary agency responsible in the management, conservation, and preservation of the environment. We must aim to become the model office here at the Regional Center Site when it comes to eco-friendly and clean office space. We are stepping up our efforts." The DENR V enjoins the public to replicate the same greening efforts and innovate and implement sustainable environmental activities in their own small ways.
