The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Camarines Norte led by OIC, PENR Officer Marlon C. Francia together with the Provincial Agrarian Reform Council Committee (PARCCOM) and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) personnel pose as they plant trees at Barangay Dogongan, Daet, Camarines Norte. A total of one hundred (100) assorted seedlings of Narra and Mahogany were planted. The said activity was part of the monthly meeting spearheaded by the PARCCOM.
