OIC Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, Atty. Ronnel C. Sopsop planted a Kamagong (Diospyrus strigose) seedling during the celebration of the 2021 International Day of Forests (IDF) at Mt. Masaraga Camp Site, Amtic, Ligao City on March 21, 2021. The DENR Bicol celebrates the IDF to raise awareness on the importance of forest preservation and encourages citizens to undertake local efforts, organize and support tree planting activities and other campaigns toward protection and revival of our ecosystems in the Region.
