Pilar Municipal Mayor Carolyn C. The campaign aims to raise the awareness of the community leaders on the 10 Priority Programs of the DENR including the Salient Features of the Water Code of the Philippines, Water Utilization Permitting, Requirements for Water Permit Application, Philippine Biodiversity, Ecological Solid Waste Management, Clean Air and Clean Water Act, Geohazard Awareness and Responsible Mining.
