Members of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) joins the celebration of the 2021 World Wetlands Day through a cleanup drive and Mangrove tree planting spearheaded by the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Catanduanes led by PENR Officer Imelda D. Baltazar on February 2, 2021 at Barangay Bon-ot, San Andres, Catanduanes. The activity aims to engage the community to remove and prevent trash from reaching the sea, which may harm marine lives and plant beach forest trees for protection against storm surge.
