Francia and Forester Ronnel Astor, Chief of Technical Services of PENRO Camarines Norte lead the planting of Bamboo propagules during the launching of the Build Back Better Project held at Barangay Tuaca, Basud, Camarines Norte for stabilization of riverbank and intensified watershed management.
