OIC, PENR Officer of Catanduanes Engr. Jerry S. Arena (right) with Technical Services Division Chief Forester Ferdinand L. Baltazar (left) donated 100 pieces of Mahogany lumbers with a total volume of 513 board feet to the Department of Education (DepEd) Division Office of Virac, Catanduanes on January 27, 2020 at the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) of Catanduanes, Virac, Catanduanes. The lumbers were from previous apprehensions and fallen trees due to typhoons. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) prioritizes the donation of lumbers to public schools and offices for the fabrication of school desks and chairs.
