CENRO MOBO, LGU AROROY RESCUE AN OLIVE RIDLEY SEA TURTLE

The Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of Mobo, Masbate headed by CENR Officer Jean V. Imperial together with the Coastal Resources Management Office (CRMO) of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Aroroy, Masbate rescued an Olive Ridley Sea turtle trapped in the fishing net of Ariel Oliva, a resident of Barangay Tigbao, Aroroy, Masbate.  The sea turtle was immediately turned over, tagged by Forest Technician II Ryan Moneño, Wildlife Enforcement Officer (center) and, was released within the marine protected area at Barangay of Matalang-talang, Aroroy, Masbate.
