2019 Annual Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) International Conference, with the theme “The Future of Public Administration: Rethinking Resilience, Equity and Sustainability in the Region and Beyond.” aims to stimulate debate and conversation on the role of the State in developing and sustaining public administration solutions across various fields in these challenging and uncertain times. The conference will specifically tackle the following sub-themes: 1) Social Equity and Well-Being; 2) Environmental Sustainability; 3) Public Finance and the Good Life; and 4) The Fourth Industrial Revolution Movement. Interested applicants must submit their duly accomplished endorsement form of the rank and file personnel to their respective HRD section/unit. Employees with SG24 and above shall submit their endorsement to the Training and Development Division of the Human Resources Development Service (HRDS) on or before August 1, 2019 for the preparation of the necessary Special Order. | ||||||||
