The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) of Sorsogon headed by Tito R. Migo celebrated the International Women’s Month this March 2021 with the theme, "Juana Laban sa Pandemya: Kaya!".

To kickstart the celebration, the PENRO Sorsogon conducted an Orientation on Republic Act (RA) No. 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, RA No. 7877 or the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, and the current status of the COVID 19 to all the participants.

Moreover, they also conducted an information drive through a radio guesting at DWDR 105.5 AM. Also, a clean-up drive was done at the PENRO Sorsogon premises and the Pilar Satellite Office (PSO).

The PENRO Sorsogon actively promotes activities and programs, which empowers all genders and recognizes the important roles of women in the organization.
