PENRO FRANCIA NOW LEADS CAMARINES NORTE

By virtue of DENR Special Order No. 2019-558 dated 8 August 2019, Forester Marlon C. Francia is installed as the new OIC, PENR Officer of DENR PENRO Camarines Norte replacing Forester Joaquin Ed A. Guerrero who has already signified his intent to retire from government service.

DENR V OIC, Regional Executive Director Atty. Gil A. Aromin, CESO IV, who led the turnover ceremony, said that change is inevitable. He encouraged PENRO Camarines Norte personnel to support their new PENRO and challenged everyone to work together towards the goal of delivering exemplary service. PENRO Marlon C. Francia, who was previously assigned as the OIC, PENR Officer at DENR PENRO Catanduanes prior to his present assignment in Camarines Norte, expects everyone to work as a team through effective communication.

Meanwhile, Forester Joaquin Ed A. Guerrero has served the Department for 41 years and has been assigned at various offices within the Bicol Region.###
