The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Bicol clinched the #1 spot as the top-performing office in handling 8888 Tickets during the 2023 Year-End Capability Building Seminar Workshop (Luzon Cluster) and Recognition of Top Performing Offices on January 15-18, 2024 at Ciudad Christia 9 Waves Resort, San Mateo, Rizal. Complementing this success, a seminar-workshop brought together 120 DENR Action Center/Hotline 8888 focal persons from various DENR offices. The workshop focused on optimizing operations across all DENR offices and crafting the inaugural DENR Action Manual of Operations (MOO) to ensure a consistent and high standard of service.###
