The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Bicol under the leadership of OIC, Regional Executive Director Atty. Antonio A. Abawag conducted the 1st Quarter Regional Management Conference CY 2021 hosted by the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Camarines Norte led by OIC, PENR Officer Marlon C. Francia on February 16 to 18, 2021 at Nathaniel Hotel, Daet, Camarines Norte. The activity was participated in by the line bureaus, PENROs, CENROs and Regional Office Personnel.
