Students and faculty of the Pamplona National High School posed with the DENR, EMB and MGB V official mascots, Greeny, Veron and Mina Minera during the Communication, Education and Public Awareness (CEPA) campaign organized by the DENR V and its line bureaus on February 19, 2020. The CEPA is an advocacy campaign, which seeks to educate the public and private stakeholders on the mandates, thrusts, and priority programs of the DENR and its line bureaus. With the conduct of CEPA, the DENR and its line bureaus are hopeful that there will be an increased support from the communities, which will help amplify public opinion, behavior and action towards environmental protection and conservation.
