In celebration of the Philippine Environment Month, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) together with its line bureaus, Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) and Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MBG) Bicol staged the 4th Environmental Exhibit at the Robinsons Mall in Naga City.

The Environmental Exhibit aims to uphold environmental protection and sustainability. It will serve as an opportunity for everyone to realize their responsibility to care for the Earth and to become agents of change.

"Help the DENR in conserving whatever is left of our environment for our future generation," said Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services Allan L. Leuterio in his message.

Various exhibitors took part in the exhibit showcasing their innovations and initiatives in protecting the environment coming from the academe, national government agencies (NGAs), non-government organizations (NGOs), local government units (LGUs) and private entities.

"Generate employment and create businesses through waste," said Mayor John Bongat of Naga City. "My appreciation to the DENR and EMB for collaborating with the LGU in educating the people. It is always our duty to care for our environment," he said.
