Securing Export Authority for Lumber and Plantation Logs

 

Requirements

Lumber

  1. Duly accomplished Application Form
  2. Purchase Order
  3. Payment of Application Fee
  4. Sales Invoice (if lumbers were bought)
  5. Copy of the Sawmill Permit (if exporter is a holder thereof)
  6. Authenticated copy of Auxiliary Invoice
  7. Certificate of Registration as Lumber Dealer

Plantation

  1. Duly accomplished Application Form
  2. Purchase Order
  3. Payment of Application Fee
  4. Log Supply/Sales Contract (if the exporter has bought the logs to be exported)
  5. Copy of the Cutting Permit (if the logs are taken from the forest land)
  6. Certificate of Verification from the concerned CENRO (if logs are taken from Private Lands or A&D Lands covered by Approved public land applications)
  7. Certificate of Registration as Plantation Log Dealer
