University of the Philippines (U.P.) President Alfredo Pascual lauds the launch of the U.P. Program for Environmental Governance (UP-PEG) as another “positive contribution” of the state university in developing the leadership and managerial skills of environmental authorities at the provincial and municipal levels on Friday, Jan. 18, 2016 at the U.P. Bahay Alumni in Quezon City. Comprising of six modules, the program was jointly-developed by the DENR and internationally-recognized faculty members from the U.P. Diliman, U.P. Los Banos and U.P.
